Typical length: 7–14 days, customisable
What shapes a Northern Pakistan package quote
The itinerary below is a planning example, not a pre-priced offer. Share these choices first so the written quote can show exactly what is included and what remains optional.
Travellers and departure city
Adults, children and room sharing affect transport, rooming and ticket choices. Include ages and where the group will start.
Dates and pace
Give exact dates where possible and say whether you want a slower stay or more stops. The sample length here is 7–14 days, customisable.
Hotel and transport standard
Name the room setup, hotel range and private or shared transport preference. Ask for cancellation, change and payment terms in the same quote.

- Day 3

Hunza forts, Attabad and Khunjerab
Explore Baltit and Altit forts, Duikar for the wide valley panorama, and Attabad Lake with its turquoise water. If your dates and the border allow, add the run up to Khunjerab Pass on the China frontier.
- Day 5
Skardu, Shangrila and Deosai

- Optional activities, porters and personal gear for any trekking

Best time to go
May to October, when the Babusar and Khunjerab passes and the Deosai Plateau are open and the high roads are clear of snow. July and August are peak season and the greenest; September and October bring cooler air, thinner crowds and the first autumn colour in Hunza.
Good to know
- High passes like Babusar, Khunjerab and the Deosai track open and close with the weather, so keep a day or two of slack in the plan and let us route around closures.
- The altitude and long driving days add up. Pack layers for cold mornings even in summer, and take it easy on your first day at height.
- Book well ahead for July and August dates. Hunza and Skardu hotels and the Islamabad–Skardu flights fill early in peak season.
