How refund eligibility, deductions and settlement timing are decided for a Travel.pk booking.
Travel plans change. This page explains what Travel.pk can refund, what the airline controls, and what to check before requesting a refund.
Any refund depends on the written airline or provider terms attached to the booking, the unused service and applicable rules.
Only when the airline or provider fare rules confirm the full amount is refundable
The provider may deduct fare-rule penalties, used portions or disclosed service charges
Offered only when the airline or provider authorises a future-travel credit
Send the booking reference and reason through the available support channel
The airline or provider checks the fare rules and calculates any refundable amount
An approved refund is returned through the applicable payment path when technically possible
Airlines control their schedules, disruption options and any compensation. Travel.pk does not promise that a delay automatically creates a refund. We can help you read the provider notice and submit the option you choose.
There is no universal Travel.pk cancellation table. The current airline or provider rules attached to the booking determine whether cancellation is allowed and what is deducted. Ask for a written calculation before confirming an irreversible cancellation.
| Timing | Cancellation Fee |

Keep the booking reference, written refund calculation, provider response, payment receipt and support ticket together. If the first support route does not resolve the issue, request a formal escalation using the same record rather than opening disconnected requests.
The complaint and regulator guide explains the internal steps and the official external routes by issue type.
