Travel plans change. This page explains exactly what Travel.pk can refund, what the airline controls, and the typical timelines — so there are no surprises.
All refunds are processed according to airline policies, fare rules, and applicable regulations, including international aviation requirements.

We back our on-time promise with a clear, limited guarantee. If a flight you booked on Travel.pk has its scheduled departure delayed by 60 minutes or more (as confirmed by the airline), we refund the Travel.pk booking fee for that booking. This is a Travel.pk service guarantee — it is separate from, and in addition to, any compensation the airline may owe.
Cancellation fees vary by airline, fare type, and timing:
