Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to supplier availability and final confirmation
• Prices can change until the supplier reconfirms the selected offer
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• A payment receipt or processing status is not by itself a ticket or supplier confirmation

Passenger Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger information, including names, passport details, and travel documents, are accurate and match official identification.

Third-Party Services

Travel.pk provides the website, transaction interface and support record. The airline, hotel or named fulfilment supplier controls its inventory and performs the underlying service. Its fare, carriage, accommodation and refund conditions also apply. The quote or booking record should name the relevant supplier and confirmation status.

Payment Processing

• The required payment timing and method are shown for the selected booking
• Only the payment methods displayed in the Travel.pk checkout are available for that order
• Payment-provider or transfer terms also apply to the method you choose
• Review any method-specific fee shown before submitting payment

Currency and Pricing

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. A converted amount can change with the source currency, exchange rate, supplier reprice or selected extras. The final payable breakdown shown for the current offer controls; stop and contact support if its arithmetic or scope is unclear.

Service Fees

Any Travel.pk service amount and its refund treatment must be disclosed before payment. Do not infer a fee or a blanket non-refundable rule from an older page, message or example.

Cancellation Rights

Cancellation policies vary by airline, hotel, and service provider. You can cancel your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are subject to the terms of the service provider
• Approval and settlement time depend on the airline or provider, payment rail, and any information still required from the traveller
• Approved refunds normally follow the original payment path where technically possible; another recorded settlement method may be used when required
• Cancellation fees may apply as per airline/hotel policies

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control, standard cancellation policies may not apply. We will work with service providers to find suitable solutions.
