Auto-Booking & Wallet Terms
Auto-booking can attempt to purchase a ticket with prepaid wallet funds. That is not an ordinary price alert. These terms apply when you activate auto-booking or hold funds in a Travel.pk wallet.
A price alert only monitors returned fares. Auto-booking, if enabled, can place a wallet hold and ask the flight supplier to issue a ticket when a matching offer is found. A target match is not a confirmed ticket. Only a provider booking reference confirms a purchase.
Auto-booking remains subject to live inventory, supplier confirmation, fare rules and sufficient available wallet balance at the moment of the attempt.
Before activation you must approve, at minimum:
- Maximum all-in total in the selected wallet currency
- Cabin class, origin and destination airports, and travel dates
- Minimum checked-baggage allowance
- Maximum stops and an acceptable local departure window
- Airline exclusions
- Whether only refundable and/or changeable fares may be purchased
- Reprice tolerance (how far above the returned fare the authorised total may still apply)
- Expiration date of the authorisation
Travel.pk will not treat a route and target price alone as authority to purchase. If a returned offer fails any approved rule, the attempt is skipped.
Each activation stores the exact criteria, a version of the passenger record used for booking, this policy version, the timestamp, the requesting IP and device string, and the maximum authorised amount. Later edits create a new authorisation. Travel.pk does not silently widen an existing authority.
- Available — funds that can start a new hold or payment.
- Held — funds reserved while Travel.pk waits for or reconciles a provider outcome. A hold is not a confirmed ticket.
- Spent — funds captured after a provider booking or other completed wallet payment.
- Refund pending — a refund has been requested or is being reconciled and has not yet returned to Available.
- Refunded — funds returned to Available or to the original payment method, with the reconciliation reference shown on the wallet or booking record.
If a hold remains while the provider outcome is uncertain, use the booking or wallet reference and escalate via the Contact page or a signed-in support ticket. Do not treat an alert status as a released balance.
Holding customer funds for a later automatic purchase is different from taking payment for one immediately identified flight. Travel.pk does not present the prepaid wallet as a licensed e-money, electronic-money or payment-institution product. Pakistani payments and regulatory counsel review is required before this model is scaled. Until that review is published, treat wallet top-ups as limited prepaid travel credit for bookings on this site only.

These terms supplement the Terms of Service. The refund policy still controls provider-side refund eligibility.
