Confirm the current scheme
Read the Ministry’s current Hajj policy and application notice. Registration, eligibility, deposits and deadlines change from one season to the next.
Verify the operator
For private Hajj, match the company and package to the Ministry’s current authorised route. Do not rely on a social profile, old licence image or verbal promise.
Compare the written service
Ask for named accommodation, room occupancy, transport, Mashair category, meals, baggage, cancellation terms and every payment deadline in writing.

Do not reuse the photo specification or form from an earlier season

Keep the application, selection notice, invoices and official receipts together
Pay only through the route stated by the Ministry or verified operator
