Question 1

How do I book a flight on Travel.pk?

Accepted Answer

Simply enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers in the search form above. Browse the results, compare prices across airlines, and click "Select" on your preferred flight to proceed to checkout.

Question 2

What should I compare besides the headline fare?

Accepted Answer

Compare the final payable price, baggage allowance, total journey time, connection airports and the exact change or refund rules. Two offers for the same flight can have different fare conditions.

Question 3

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation and change options depend on the airline and exact fare rules. Penalties and a fare difference may apply, and a refundable fare may still carry conditions. Submit an eligible request from your booking area or contact support, then wait for the confirmed provider outcome.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Available methods depend on the currency, product and current payment-provider configuration. Use only a method displayed during the current checkout and review the final amount before continuing.

Question 5

What is the baggage allowance?

Accepted Answer

Baggage allowance varies by airline, route and fare family. Read the allowance attached to the exact offer; do not assume an economy fare includes checked baggage.

Question 6

How do I contact customer support?

Accepted Answer

You can reach Travel.pk by phone at +92-42-35692952, email at info@travel.pk, or WhatsApp. For a booked departure within 24 hours, use that same WhatsApp/phone channel with your booking reference and also contact the operating airline plus the ticketing/issuing channel named on your confirmation. After-hours messages are reviewed when the team is next staffed.
